Description

Sauces are the base of many dishes and being confident when making different sauces is a skill that can be the beginning of your creative cooking journey.

In this session you will be making a rich smooth bechamel sauce, to create Roasted Cauliflower Cheese. Then you will make a classic Hollandaise sauce to create the ever popular Eggs Benedict.

All ingredients, recipe sheets and tuition are included. This is a stand- alone course but can also be linked with Sauces Two to get the whole sauce experience.

This course runs from 7pm to 8:30pm.
