Description
This 3-hour class involves making rich sweet pastry, which is then made into lovely frangipane tarts. You also make colourful, fancy macarons and light and delicious choux pastry.
You will receive detailed tuition with top tips to help you be confident in your pastry cooking. It also includes recipe sheets and lots of lovely patisserie products to take home.
The start time for this course is 2:30pm.
