Description

This class explores all the different types of pastry from the basic short crust to the rough puff and filo. A mix of sweet and savoury pastries are made, with lots of tips and ideas for successful baking. For anyone nervous of making pastry products, or if you have watched bake off and always wished you could recreate their dishes, then this is the class for you.

The class includes all ingredients, tuition and laminated recipe sheets to recreate the dishes at home.
