Description
Enjoy recreating the delights of a trip to a Mexican city with a range of street food made fresh and eaten hot.
In this 3-hour session, you will make black bean tostadas with guacamole and salsa, smoky pork and fish tacos with curtido. For the sweeter tooth we will be using Mexican dulce de leche with bunuelos and fruit empanadas.
The course will involve an evening of grazing in the traditional street food way.
